Ya, I had to take the Galleries offline (by closing access to the directory) because they seemed to be the issue. It looks like there may actually be an issue with the server itself - A2 wants to move us to a different machine entirely. So I may need to take everything down and run backups first. Eric

Folks may have noticed that we've had some issues with the site on ipmsusa3.org, such as the Forums, Reviews and Gallery. They are all up except the Gallery which will be offline for a little longer as it seems to be the source of the issues. I will let folks know what's up when I do... Thanks, Eric

Hi Folks, The Forums, as well as the Review, Voting, and Gallery, will be offline this weekend. We've managed to outgrow our current web server, so we are migrating to something more powerful. I will be putting the various site into maintenance mode today (May 20) so the sysadmisn can make the move. I will also need to update the DNS settings - this translates the URL 'ipmsusa3.org' into the server address. This change may take several days to propagate across the internet. I think we should be fully back up on Monday. Sorry for the short notice, but its tricky trying to coordinate this with the web hosting company. Thanks, Eric

HI, It really depends on what you're trying to do here... you could build something in Google docs really easily - see http://www.google.com/google-d-s/forms/ and http://docs.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=87809 Or you could build something more complex on your own servers... Eric

Its unlikely that Tamiya will do another 12th scale race car anytime soon. They'll continue to re-issue old kits, but its not cost effective to make new molds. Eric
