Kinda sorta of reminds me of the old Hubley metal toy planes.

I had the same issue with this kit Gil. About 90-95% fit just right but a few of the ones that didn't were too small.

Finally finished this one. Not a bad kit but for some reason it gave me some problems with the fit of some pieces.....probably user error! I used the Eduard masks for the clear parts.......still took me a couple days to mask it!

Great job on that Gil!! Such a cool aircraft that has been neglected by the plastic model industry.

For a 1975 kit, this one is pretty nice. Yes, I know the ICM is newer, faster, stronger and more accurate but this still looks like a Ki-21 to me. I just wish I could paint a little better.........maybe see a little better also! I used Warbird Decals for the Hinomaru's and just painted the fuselage stripe and squadron markings.
