I want to do one of those. I keep hoping that someone will do a new kit in 72nd scale. Looking forward to seeing this one.

Ah, the memories that box brings back, as well as that dark green plastic! That was my third model I ever built and I still have it!

Looks fantastic; keep those pics coming and Happy Thanksgiving.

Some Bits. Used Baremetal Foil around the prop bases

Now waiting a few days for the Gunze RLM 70 to cure before futuring...2-3 days I hope will be enough.

That cockpit is astounding! That's going to be head and shoulders above a lot of models, and with a vintage kit too! Lookin' great!

Looks even better. Did you mask the canopy with tape or buy a precut mask? Whose paints are you using?

Thanks Guys

The Canopy and lower clear parts are masked with Bare Metal foil hand cut on canopy, raised panels were very helpful. Monogram canopy was very clear.smiley20.gif

I used Testor acrylics for RLM 65 and RLM 71, and I used Gunze for RLM 70.

Waiting a few days for the Paints to cure before futuring.

Thanks for Commentssmiley17.gif
