Hi, I'm Daniel Koss, 43, recently retired after 22 years in the US Army. Originally from the West Coast, growing up outside the then NAS Miramar, now living in Pennsylvania.

 

I built my first model, a Revell A-20 Havoc (1/72) when I was four, and after a 25 year break, picked the hobby back up again. After going to the 2009 Nats I realized that I'm a true model nerd.

 

Primary interests are 1/48 USAAF and USN props and early US jets.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Seeing much of the work at the Nats has inspired me to try harder.

 

@ Gil, I was pushing to get the Fury done in time to be at your table, I took a lot of pictures there, there was some really nice models.
