It was all fun. I usally do military figures, but I enjoy a few fantasy figures a year to get my fix of color. :)

Chris,

Have you considered doing an article for the Journal featuring the techniques you use? I don't have the artistic trait that you clearly possess but at least I could learn a few of the techniques.... Your work is outstanding!

Dick I have never considered writing an article because I don't really feel my painting or writing skills are up to that level. I feel very honored that you asked, and it may be something I would do sometime next year as my work will have me swamped the first half of the year.

Well, your work is certainly at a high level....and I've often heard the Journal guys say that they gladly accept articles and then turn them over to highly skilled editors. No worries Chris, the question isn't talent, but only time and inclination. Anyway, the info you post here is always interesting

I always love looking at the flats at a show. How you guys get all that depth into a flat piece of tin is amazing. It truly is a painter's medium.
