Wildcat Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 These monsters flew over my house near SAC headquarters in Nebraska when I was young. My uncle was Gen. LeMay's codes and security officer. Needless to say he didn't talk much at family get togethers. Minicraft 1/144th scale. More here: http://www.percongrp.com/pelikan/aircraft/b52_ms.htm
ghodges Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 Nice bare metal Buff Mike! (A Buff in the buff? ) Looks like a crisp molding that you got everything out of. Thanks for posting! GIL
jcorley Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 That sure looks great. Now if I can only get the gumption to work in my 1/100 Tamiya F! Love those F model BUFFs.
VonL Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 Very nice model! I like those 19th BMW markings very much, too. Is this the recent Minicraft re-issue of the 1/144 BUFF kit? Please be advised that the legendary BUFF is a fine BOEING product, while the BONE (B-1) is from the folks at North American. :)

No idea what I was thinking when I type that. Thanx for pointing it out.
