Mark Deliduka Posted September 18, 2017 Report Posted September 18, 2017 Finally after a summer of misfortune and issues, I have managed to finish one model. This is the latest Hasegawa A-37 Dragonfly in 1/72 scale, done up as a Vietnam bird. This is the first Dragonfly I ever built too:Later on I'll be trying to get some ordinance under those wings. This was built OOB and airbrushed with Testor's Model Master paints. I added the pilots since the cockpit was rather sparse so that there was some good visual interest. It was a fun little build. That's all the aircraft for now. Feel free to check out my latest armor and my civilian car as well. Thanks for looking in, comments are welcome.
ghodges Posted September 19, 2017 Report Posted September 19, 2017 Terrific Tweetybird! Yeah, I know it's the more muscular and armed younger brother....but still cool! I've had the Monogram kit for years and haven't gotten around to it, but your camo sure makes me think I should move it up in the to-do pile! Congrats Duke! GIL :smiley16:
Mark Deliduka Posted September 19, 2017 Author Report Posted September 19, 2017 Thanks Gil! I do hope you work on yours soon. Yours will really shine! I myself am glad this is finally in my collection.
Roktman Posted September 30, 2017 Report Posted September 30, 2017 Very nice work. I always liked that plane!
WildBill50 Posted October 2, 2017 Report Posted October 2, 2017 Duke, Nice job on that little bird. I built that when it was new I think back in the day. It was one of my first airbrush attempts. I have the Monogram kit started and just need to get it back on the front burner. Keep them coming. Bill
Mark Deliduka Posted October 3, 2017 Author Report Posted October 3, 2017 Thanks for the great compliments guys! Bill, I look forward to seeing yours on the front burner again.
