It's big. Really big. Over 600 parts in the box. Great decals with lots of "choices". Lots of cockpit detail as well as engine detail, and bomb bay detail. Did I mention its big?

Give us the low down on this thing. It looks great.

Nice job.

Better to read the review since I'd just be repeating myself by adding comments here. And you also get to see more pics without me filling up forum space with those same pics.

In short, if you're a rookie, "don't try this at home". I'm a mediocre modeler and this project pushed me way beyond my limited skill set.

Know that there are some great aftermarket items for this kit....SAC gear, Aviaeology decals, seat harnesses, wheels, etc.

Very challenging but really quite enjoyable.

Thanks Greg..................but now the biggest challenge is to find some shelf space large enough to hold this beastie!

And fair warning to all judges who might see this at local contests. If you touch it- you will be filling out those contest forms with your non-dominant hand.

Thanks John. I must say Airfix has really stepped up the program. Lots of detail on their recent releases.

The newer Airfix releases have really raised their gold standard to equal any other competitors brand and they're cheaper.
