Mark Deliduka Posted March 3, 2015 Report Posted March 3, 2015 I can't even log in to pay for my renewal It doesn't matter how many times I put in my username and password, it doesn't allow me in. So much for ease of use. I shouldn't have to request a new password every time I want to log in.

Eric Aitala Posted March 3, 2015 Report Posted March 3, 2015 Just contacted Tech Support for the ipmsusa2.org server - the location of the online store. They are working on resolving a major server issue so the site will not be accessible until they are finished. Eric
