phantomordie Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 Future is amazing stuff. Just saved a canopy I thought sure was ruined. After Future ,just like new. Whew.
spooky Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 Yes it is, I use it as a gloss coat and it is great!!! No problems with it.
ClareWentzel Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 I agree with both uses. In addition, one time, I spilled some on the floor of the shop. It was amazing how good the floor looked when I finished mopping it up. :P
EdFindysz Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 I like it as well on any clear parts. It allows me to use super glue without hazing.
Mike Delano Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 You can also use a small spot of it for PE parts - I've found it especially usefull for the larger PE parts (I wouldn't recommend it for fastenning tool clamps to armor).
count0 Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 I tried using it for p/e, it just does not have the holding power for external use. But it would probably be OK for cockpit details. I think it is great for canopies and prep/sealing for decals. Cheers, John
