Bradley25mm Posted March 27, 2022 Report Posted March 27, 2022 The last time I built an M109, I was in High School. I wanted to go all out on detailing the turret and hull. I’ve put LED lighting in both. White for non-tactical, blue for tactical. I ordered the Legend exterior detail set, and the Blackdog interior detail set. The kit went together great, with out any issues. I ordered the rounds that were palletized from AFV club. The figures were a mix of mini art, and valkyrie.

TonyFNG Posted March 27, 2022 Report Posted March 27, 2022 Beautiful work on the detailing and incorporating LED lights. I'll now go back into my closet and work on my skills LOL 1
Bradley25mm Posted March 27, 2022 Author Report Posted March 27, 2022 Went to the Trophy shop to pick up the plaque without checking it. It wasn’t until after I put it on the base, that I noticed that a word was misspelled.(my mistake). Chris 2
Stikpusher Posted March 27, 2022 Report Posted March 27, 2022 That is a beautiful and very well detailed scene! Excellent work!
Bradley25mm Posted March 27, 2022 Author Report Posted March 27, 2022 Tony, thank you for the kind comment. Welcome to the forum. Happy your with us. Carlos, thanks my friend. Glad I’ve got this one behind me. Chris
Mark Deliduka Posted March 28, 2022 Report Posted March 28, 2022 Wow Chris! I could swear this was a real one! How did it do on the firing range when you took it out for a spin and tested the fire control system? Outstanding work man! Like Tony I need to go back to my cave and try to improve too....
EdCarr Posted April 7, 2022 Report Posted April 7, 2022 Chris- phenomenal work! 🙂 I love the LED's, but the minute details like the decals on the shells, the stowage, and the tracks of the vehicle on the diorama base...etc etc . All of it combines to make a very beautiful build with a very realistic look. Yes, I am the third person who must now go back and work on his skills, lol! Fantastic! 🙂
