Dakimbrell Posted May 5, 2021 Report Posted May 5, 2021 The 1/20th Hasegawa Maschinen Krieger Camel converted to a towing and salvage vehicle. The sphere is Alclad clear blue over gold and the body is clear green over stainless steel. The waldo is scratchbuilt. Way more work to do. Dak 1
Mark Deliduka Posted May 6, 2021 Report Posted May 6, 2021 Most impressive re-imagining of this vehicle! Way to go Dave!
Dakimbrell Posted May 7, 2021 Author Report Posted May 7, 2021 Decals have been added. Both from the kit and other sources. Dak
Dakimbrell Posted May 12, 2021 Author Report Posted May 12, 2021 As you can see, it is almost done. Dak
Dakimbrell Posted May 13, 2021 Author Report Posted May 13, 2021 For those interested, the vignette is done. Looks like a T-Rex dismembering a carcass. Dak
Mark Deliduka Posted May 13, 2021 Report Posted May 13, 2021 Looks fantastic! From that angle it does look like it's feeding. You got more shots? This is too good to only look at from one angle.
Mark Deliduka Posted May 14, 2021 Report Posted May 14, 2021 Excellent pics Dave! I love this model! It's got to be the best rendition of that kit I've ever seen.
Dakimbrell Posted May 14, 2021 Author Report Posted May 14, 2021 I'm glad you like it Mark, but I think the one George Seletas did as a NASA vehicle at the 2015 national was much better. That is the one which got me to buy one of the kits. Dak
Mark Deliduka Posted May 15, 2021 Report Posted May 15, 2021 That is pretty impressive Dave. I missed that one for some reason. Now you got me thinking. 1
