Roktman Posted August 4, 2015 Report Posted August 4, 2015 Recently I was commissioned (my first) to build New Horizons for a local NJ Science Center. All I was told was that they wanted it to be "about 24 inches tall." Looking at the pdf blue prints on the NASA site, I took them to Staples and had them enlarged -- Then I got foam and started cutting -- In the mean time, Ihad no way to vac form an antenna 15" in diameter, so I had to farm that out -- I had to give up 100% accuracy for durability as I didn't know how this was going to be displayed. But a few more parts, added foil and she was done -- Thanks for looking'
