I love aircraft and warship modeling. WWII warships and aircraft and modern aircraft. Getting back into the hobby again. Have been building up a crop of models to work on over the years. My goal is to work on my finishing and painting techniques and then start building each of the USAF Thunderbirds...and I'm 6 aircraft in now! 

I'm a mechanical engineer by day and a car enthusiast by night. I enjoy building classic cars and doing paint and body work. Both that and my drywall work is now being applied to modeling of all things! Amazing how transferable those skills are. I have a few kits that really needed bondo to clean up the misalignment issues.….and now by using wine as a bribe my wife has me going to watercolor painting with her 🙂 actually turned out to be fun!
