Jumbo Rumor!

No, this isn't a BIG rumor, but one that everyone will surely like.

 

I just heard that Tasca will be releasing a new kit of the Jumbo Sherman! It's already on their web site: http://www.tasca-modellismo.com/english/emain.html

 

Don't know when it's to be released though. Great news since the old Tamiya Jumbo is full of mistakes.

I hope Tasca is more forthcoming for you guys in 1/35th than Dragon has been with us in 1/72. They've been listing the Jumbo Sherman in 1/72 as "coming soon" for five years now and still no sign of it. Maybe this model being released in 1/35 will get them off their derrieres for once.

ExtraTech put one out several years ago in 1/72 scale #72036. I believe I have a couple of them on hand.

Of course this will happen, now that I have started on my Tamiya kit with the Tank Workshop add-on!
