The Duke Completes One Helicopter in August

It's been a slow month for me modeling-wise, but I did get this one done so far:

Mach 2 1/72 scale Australian Navy AS-350 Squirrel:

There are at least two more helicopters that might get finished this month but for now this is it. Thank you all for looking in, comments are welcome.

Great job and a nice looking bird!! You are a better man than I am for building a Mach 2 helo. BTW.....what grey is that?

Thank you Keith! It's not my first one either. I also built a Ka-60 Russian "Dauphin" some years back. The grey is Model Master Aggressor Grey. It might not be accurate but it was the closest I could get to that color.

Nice build, and that's a helo I wasn't aware of! Gotta wonder if anyone called it "Rocky" since it's a flying squirrel!

Thank you Gil! I wasn't aware of it either till I picked it up at Brookhurst on their 'pre-owned' table in the back. That would be cool if someone did. Maybe I'll play around with some artistic license and add some nose art with that name....
