Here's a link to one for sale: https://mrshobby.com/kin48076-f-16c-d-block-52-and-polish-air-force-advanced-fighter/ I can't say if that shop is in the USA or not or what sort of shipping might be involved, but it does seem you can buy a 1/48 Polish F-16 C or D pretty easily.
