VMF211 Posted July 1, 2025 Report Posted July 1, 2025 This was a build for a friend who used to work for Bell but wasn't involved with the Osprey. Being an average modeler this kit kicked my behind from start to finish. I just had to scratch a little more for the interior since Italeri missed a bit. I also used Quinta Studio 3D decals for the cockpit.....added quite a bit to it (YES, I know they are for the HB kit, but they did work on this one......most of them anyway). used Mr. Paint lacquers and tried Caracal Decals for the first time, which are pretty nice. The engineering, tooling and fit of this kit leave a bit to be desired, but it can be built!
