So... we receive this product in at work about a week nd half ago or so, and I gotta say, they are selling like tomorrow does not exist. Everybody wants them now

So I tried them out the other day. I don't have a paint mule, but I do have a paint horse...

An airfix 1/32 Scots Greys horse that I used to try out for airbrushing Humbrol Acrylics...

I decided to try the markers here on the hooves and a few assorted areas. I used Rubber Black and RLM 66 on the hooves

I also used the RLM 66 in areas like the nose, ears, and mouth.

I am going to try some acrylic glazes for making the dapple base area, along with the AK Real Color markers, since the flat white is a bit translucent. I used them to cover up areas on the horses haunches that I had scratched up testing the hardiness of the Humbrol Acylics

stand by for further updates regarding these paint pens...

So far I am impressed with the use of these pens compared to paint pens by Gundam, Testors, and Sharpie Enamel Pens.

The tips allow for a wide variety of application, and they don't need to be shaken before being used, like some of the others mentioned above. plus they are actually acrylics, so have quick drying time for redcoats, touch ups, etc...

Here is a view of the marker uncapped so you can see the tip and possibility of applications. Wide strokes or fine precision work depending upon your needs.

Hi Ron

I am able to see the photos that were posted in both emails with no problems. I am using a Windows based computer. Have fun modeling

I'm on an Apple, but usually I at least can see the links if not the photos in a post. My loss i guess.

I posted photos which are visible at this end. Others can see them. 🤔 It sounds like you have the glitch at your end.

I was using them for some detail work this past Saturday.

I used them over Vallejo "Bone White" as the second color, "Wood Base" as the darker yellow on three color day desert camo on these rucksack covers

I was gonna try out their "buff" as the darkest third color on that scheme, but it was way too light...

I also used several of the greens and black for periscopes, hatch seal rings, straps, and buckles on the stowage for my FISTV

it definitely takes a steady hand and fine touch for the precision work, as the paint flow is quite good...
