I'm sure this new kit will be heads above that! Yeah - The resin conversion by Accurate Armor is the only one I've ever seen, but it's more expensive than this entire forthcoming Dragon kit.
TimHortman Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 I'm not sure if it was the AA conversion or not. There wasn't much to it. A front & back resin part, and I think 3-4 for the turret. I used it on the Italeri Panther, and the fit wasn't the best, but it sure looked cool in the display case when it was finished.
Mark Aldrich Posted August 5, 2009 Report Posted August 5, 2009 In an old issue of MILITARY MODELER, a guy did it with sheet styrene on the old Tamiya kit. It really isn't that hard.
