WWIM Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 Greetings fellow modelers. While I have been a member of IPMS/USA for some time and am an active member of IPMS/OC here in Southern California, I have not as of yet posted anything in the forum, nor attached any photos of some of my builds. My main focus is on World War One aircraft, and occasionally, armor as well. The "WWIM" is for World War I Modeler. In fact, if you have time and are interested, I invite to check out my website - http://wwimodeler.peoplecatcher.net to view albums of some of my models. Today I am attaching photos of my recently completed Roland D.VIa from Wingnut Wings (1:32 Scale). As many of you know, the WNW kits are second to none and are driving an increased interest in World War One modeling. I welcome your imput, comments, critique, and advice. Thanks!
aAzZ09 Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 Very impressive! And welcome aboard, Mark Fiedler
Mark Deliduka Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 Welcome Joe! Glad to see another So Cal modeler on these boards. Oh, and when you post pics of your models; they are supposed to be your models, not photos of a 1:1 scale restored museum piece! LOL! Awesome job on that Roland Joe! What incredible detail and realism! You are truly a Master Modeler Extraordinaire!
WWIM Posted May 1, 2013 Author Report Posted May 1, 2013 Thanks Mark.... and Mark. Deliduka, my buddy, I just want to get to the volume of your magnificent 72 scale collection! Thanks again.
ghodges Posted May 2, 2013 Report Posted May 2, 2013 Welcome Joe! I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful work! GIL
