I used MRP-425 IJNAF D2 (Black Green) and Tamiya lacquer IJN Light Gray for the fuselage. The cowl is MRP-432 IJNAF Q1 Cowling Color. The prop is MRP-431 Propeller color, the interior is MRP-430 IJNAF M0/M1 Gray-Green and the Aotake is MRP-410 Aotake Blue Primer. Need to take a break before I work on the FineMolds A6M5. 1
ghodges Posted June 29, 2025 Report Posted June 29, 2025 Excellent looking build that shows off the Zero's classic lines very well! Did you have to apply the Aotake over a silver base, or did you apply it directly over a primer coat? Gil 1

I used the Mr. Paint and Tamiya lacquers straight on to the bare plastic. 1
