Looking for 3 View of F-4C/D USAF SEA Pattern

I have two T.O. 1.1.10 references but none show the SEA pattern for the F-4.  One predates SEA and the other is from the 1990s and the F-4C/D is no longer in it.  Anyone have a drawing of the pattern?  I'm working on the Monogram 1/72 F-4C/D and would like to try to get close enough.
