Happy New Year everyone, this is my post showing my last model finished in 2013. This is the ModelCollect 1/72 scale Russian TOS 1 MLRS, or as they call it: "Flamethrower". They call it that because it lobs rockets that have Fuel Air Explosives in the nose.

As you recall, if you've been following my Manufacturing Thread, you've seen this fresh off the factory floor. Here it is after the crew took it for a spin to test it out:

Here you can see it after they parked it next to my other TOS 1A Buratino that I had built earlier this year:

Now that is some serious firepower there!

That's all I have for you now. Here's to a more productive New Year with a lot more models finished. I need the room that is being taken up by so many boxes!

Thanks all for looking in, comments are welcome.

Mark,

Nice builds and very good weathering on the first one. I have always been impressed with the wide range of AFV subjects that are produced in the smaller scales. You Brille scale guys are truely blessed. Model on dude!!!

Thanks guys! I've been practicing and experimenting with the powders, trying to find some thing that is acceptable enough. I think I'm closing in on something... whether it's the right thing or not; time will tell.

Chris, you are right, we are blessed. I love the great variety of Braille Scale subjects, but I still lament the great holes in the potential subjects that nobody seems willing to do in our scale. Hopefully someday.
