Well, it's been a few months, but the Duke has finally gotten something finished.

These are three German vehicles I have completed this month. I have a couple more models on the verge of being finished, so we'll see if this trend continues. I also have a helicopter that I finished which will be shown in it's respective Forum.

Okay, here are my latest models.

First off is the ESCI German Sdkfz 251/8 Armored Ambulance. I painted it with Model Master paints and weathered with Tankrat's AFV Depot weathering powders:

Hmmm, those roadwheels and that main wheel look like they need some touch up. I'll get to those soon.

Next is another ambulance. This time it's based on the Opel Blitz truck. This is another 1/72 scale ESCI kit from the seventies. I painted it with the Model Master paints, weathered with Tankrat's powders and added a windshield to it.

And finally, I've built the 1/72 scale Dragon Hybrid Tiger I, the 1/72 scale Dragon Tiger I Mid Production, and the 1/72 scale Dragon Tiger I Late Production. This latest model completes the line of Dragon Tiger I's in 1/72 scale. Here is my Dragon 1/72 scale Tiger I Initial Production:

Well, those are all my latest armored models I'm calling completed. As I mentioned, I have a helicopter finished as well. Feel free to check it out.

Meanwhile, thanks for looking and comments are welcome.

Duke,

You are a modeling machine. They look great. I could never work in 1/72 or 1/76 scale, big hands for one and my eye sight is not the 20/20 it used to be. Again great job.

Thanks Chris. I know what you mean. I got some fat fingers too, which made me give up the guitar which I loved to play. My eyesight is pretty bad too; I need glasses to drive. Fortunately, all I have to do is take them off to see my work. I'll keep building these little gems until I can no longer do it.

Thanks again for the great comment.

Duke,

I think you would keep building even if you couldn't see! You are a model builfing machine!!!

Thanks Mark! Lately this 'machine' has needed a little oil, as I've slowed down considerably from what I'm used to.
