RobMorales Posted December 11, 2011 Report Posted December 11, 2011 FIrst off, to brag, the Marine on the right of this picture is my nephew/Godson, Dan, finishing up his training at the School of Infantry. He is a great young man and makes me proud to be an American. Now, of course as a modeler, I am wanting to replicate this in 1/35 scale. One thing I have not found is the distinctive USMC 8-point cover. Does any other member know of a source for these? Thanks for any assistance!
Mark Aldrich Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 Rob, You are killing me!!!!! I knew I had seen it before and spent time looking for it! I thought I had seen one in plastic. This is all I have found so far. http://www.hlj.com/product/MIGMP35-286

Mark Aldrich Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 (edited) The "killing me" part is that I KNOW I have had a plastic one in my hands before but for the life of me I can't remember if it was a tank kit or a figure set and who made the DARN thing! Best of luck with it! Edited December 15, 2011 by Mark Aldrich
