What's the best way of mounting bulged resin tires so that they sit right?

I have a problem gluing the wheels so that the flat part sits correctly.  It I use CA glue it sets to quickly and if I use something else it does not set at all.  

 

Any suggestions?

Try a five minute epoxy. That will give you the time fudge factor to position the wheels properly. On a tail dragger, that’s pretty easy, but on a tricycle nose gear type, you may want to prop up the tail during the setting time to insure that the nose wheel ends up correct.
