I read an article in Fine Scale Modeling (9/17) by Scott Weir and wanted to attempt his scheme. Don't think I got there! Larry Hendry 50721 1
ghodges Posted November 11, 2017 Report Posted November 11, 2017 Nice 109 Larry! The desert camo schemes are some of my favorites. My only suggestion would be for you to complete the model by painting the frames on the canopy. If doing it free hand seems tough, try masking the frame lines with Scotch tape to keep the paint off of the clear areas. You may not think you "got there", but then that happens a lot to all of us.
