larsofthenorth
This is my first post. The model is from a Hasegawa kit, 1:32 scale. The painting scheme is not according to the Hasegawa plans. I read an article in Fine Scale Modeling (9/17) by Scott Weir and wanted to attempt his scheme. Don't think I got there! ghodges
Nice 109 Larry! The desert camo schemes are some of my favorites. My only suggestion would be for you to complete the model by painting the frames on the canopy. If doing it free hand seems tough, try masking the frame lines with Scotch tape to keep the paint off of the clear areas. You may not think you "got there", but then that happens a lot to all of us. The answer? Just keep on modeling and learning as you go! Cheers, and thanks for sharing! GIL :smiley16:
