T-34/85 In German Service

Recommended Posts

Since no one has started, I figured I would. Before I concentrated on MEW Subjects I built other models. This was my first massive alteration build. I believe it is the Dragon T-34/85M with wheels from another Dragon T-34 kit. The Interior is Verlinden (though it might be TWS). The Engine and tranny are definitely Verlinden. The tracks are Fruil. I am stealing the tracks for my T-34/D30 build and realized I had never photographed this kit digitally before. It was so much fun and actually went together quite easily. Back then I bent the hooks with a pair of pliers (now I use a grab handler). I had none of the fancy tools I use today that make bulding more enjoyable and more accurate.

Thanks...The tracks are way tooo red! Of course now they are stripped and look like Lead Fruil tracks again. Just doing my part of keeping the world cleaner by recycling.
