Here is a short and simple post to see how the light affects the colour with a Sherman kit to see the effect and how we can reproduce it with the colour modulation by gradation.

Thanks Federico! I look forward to experimenting with this technique. While not an armor builder I do, on occasion, tackle the artillery piece or two and I also find that many of the techniques used on armor work very well for my Sci Fi Spacecraft.
