  1. Yeah, your right about Panda kit not hitting the high notes with modelers for a while. Their M-ATV is nice but then again it's the only game in town.
  2. Gil, that turned out beautiful. I want to try a vacuform kit someday as they have several subjects that are only available in 1/32 that I want to have...U-2, B-26, SR-71 :D
  3. Very cool Bob. That is a nice looking collection. I have few race cars that I need to build as well. Btw, all those markings on the tires of the F1...did you paint them with a brush or is that a decal?
  4. Thank you guys for the warm welcome. Bob, you are right there is quite a bit on the net these days, sometimes bit to much :) Btw, thanks again for the info on using different types of paint usage. I didn't realize until recently that you can mix things up...lacquer and acrylic. Question for you Bob...62parts? What's the story behind it? You only build kits with 62 parts and no more?? Gil, glad to meet another modeler that like big kits. I'll sure to check out your...bigguns ;)
  5. Hello Guys, I'm in need to few parts for my kits. I have a trumpeter 1/32 AV-8 Harrier and it came with two canopies and no windshield. Its a long shot but I hoping someone might have a spare in their pile and willing to help a brother out as Stevens or Squadron says no such luck. :( Also, I need a set of 1/48 Tamiya Swordfish floats and connecting struts. I can't seen to find these parts after my recent move to the new house. I was building this kit and box fell apart. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :) Mike
  6. Hello All, Just joined this site but been a imps member for a while and had opportunities to attend imps shows for couple off years. It's great bunch of folks and a community. I'm a fan of big kits and it dosen't matter the scale. As long as it's big...I'm interested. Where do I put the finish product...Owwww...ouch, to much...it gives me a headache, so don't ask  I cross that bridge when I get there ;) As a pilot, my main interest is in aviation but I have all sorts of stuff...even figures, and I don't even know the "how to" about painting them without making them look like a toy. So, just wanted to say hello and hope to see you all here regularly. :) Mike
  7. This is a cool model and one I'll getting for sure ;)
