Since the bottom half was not secured in the tray, but seperately bagged, I'm wondering if there was a problem that had to be fixed. The fact that Pavla came out with a fix for the lower nose would seem to confirm this. It appears to be an excellent model, dead on when measured against the "In Action" book and the Aerofax book. At any rate, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with colors for the cockpit, landing gear and wheelwells. I think I saw a reference to a "red-green", but no FS numbers. Any help will be appreciated. Dreamsof51 Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 If you google mig 15 cockpit photo you get a link to USAF museum which has a great cockpit photo of the real thing. The picture is consistant with the color called out in the Tamiya 1/48 kit I built a while back. Its a blue/grey color but I can't recall what Tamiya called it. Hope that helps. Happy modeling!
