Tank tracks

I made my first tank equiped with magic trak links. I liked the look of being heavy and drooping on the upper idler wheels. How can I produce the same look with the plastic strip tank tracks?

There are many ways. Super glue, expoy glue, and clear nylon thread are some of the ones I have used in the past.

Some folks drill small holes in the side of the hull and add a thin, stiff rod or piece of wire to hold down the track at certain spots to give the appearance of weight. It needs to be small enough to be inconspicuous, but tough enough to hold down the vinyl track. Based on the size of the tank and tracks, a paper clip end cut to size tends to do it or a pin from a sewing kit.
