RobBenson Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 Has anyone attempted to model folded wings on a 1/48 F-4N (Hasegawa) or similar? I try to do this generally on carrier birds in my collection. I didn't find any conversion kits, like the ones G-Factor and Paragon make/made. Suggestions? Or am I insane to consider of this? Thanks for your ideas! Cheers, Rob
phantomordie Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 Airwaves made a photo-etch wingfold set if you can find one.
Kelly Quirk Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 I did it on my 1/48 Hasegawa F-4J. It was fairly simple, just added a few small bits of styrene for detail. There's really not much there inside the fold on the real thing.
