Originally scratch built before 1998, Still looks the same in these photos from last year.  Working from factory drawings and photographs, reworked resin copies of the tires from a Payhauler 350 kit.

The louvers are pressed in .030" brass.  I made a louver press and pre-slit the brass sheet.  Those particular louvers are in rows of 20 long & were originally done for a Diamond T M-19 prime mover.   I think to date I have made 5 or 6 louver presses that work in a vertical vice.
