VonL Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 Have got a couple of the good ol' 1/72 Airfix kits (don't wanna pony up the zillion bucks for the 'better' kits). Got the Windsock special, some pix from online and of the one at the Evergreen Museum, including a couple good shots of the panel. Trouble is, there don't seem to be any decent pix or diagrams of the cockpit walls & seats, etc, in any of these references. My intent is to get a set of "British WWI" generic cockpit PE and replicate whatever there is, as able. The other related question: Are there any major mods required to the nose, aside from doing the extra vanes on the radiator and the fairings over the valve rockers? Suggestions appreciated.
