ghodges Posted November 26, 2025 Report Posted November 26, 2025 I've switched to using Free Form Air epoxy dough when I need to do filling like you're doing. It's VERY light (believe it was made for the RC plane folks), VERY easy to blend together (50%/50%), VERY soft compared to regular epoxy putties, and can be shaped or have the excess removed with a wet finger which eliminates 90% of the sanding afterward. It sets VERY hard after 24hrs and can be sanded and/or scribed. I'll probably never go back to the old bondo-style of filler putties. Gil
