Hi, It turns out I'll have to leave Saturday morning, which means I'll have to pull my models out after judging (which I'll be there for anyway). I can make arrangements to have awards picked up if I'm lucky enough to win. Do I understand correctly that the form is not available online, so I'll just have get my form from the head judge as I enter? Thanks.

That's what I plan to do. Probably no need to sand the inside as it'd be closed up.

Hi, does anyone have the Revell 1/72 F-101B (4456 or 4854) that's destinated for the scrap heap? The starboard wing on mine (#10) is badly warped and no amount of hot water can fix this. Hoping someone has a disposal I could use. I'd rather not buy a new kit off you, as I'll only need that wing and it'd be a waste of plastic. Thanks.

Hi everybody, By any chance would anyone know if decals were made for either aircraft flown by Frank E Petersen during his time with VMFA-212 during the Korean War, or VMFA-314 during Vietnam? Either 1/72 or 1/48 would work. Thanks!

Thanks @Eric Aitala. Catch is, I'm doing large windows so I don't think I can use UV resin (though I do use that stuff and I've thought about it. I'll try getting it in the larger bottles and try it on something else.

Hi everyone, I've heard about using clear resin to fill the windows of a civil airliner fuselage, then sanding it smooth for a flush appearance. As far as I can tell, this is what I need to do: rough up the interior so the clear resin has some grip. paint the inside of the fuselage and window frames. stick a piece of tape over the window and cut out the shape of the window, giving the resin a bit to stick out so it can be sanded flush later. stick a piece of tape larger than the window on the sticky side of a larger piece of tape, then stick this on the fuselage (effectively forming a barrier to keep the resin from flowing out, and a clear surface for it to form). pour clear resin into the inside of the fuselage let cure remove tape and sand smooth. Would someone confirm the steps? Also I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for said clear resin. I'm building a 1/72 airliner, it doesn't look like the Micro Krystal Clear route is going to work for me. Thanks in advance!
