Main interests are in 48th and 32nd WWII aircraft and sports racing, rally and Formula One cars.

I raced a Triumph TR-3 and a Porsche 1600 Super in SCCA in the 1960's in the Midwest Region, a Lotus Cortina in local Colorado hillclimbs and autocrosses, pit crewed many years for a Formula Ford and was Assistant Starter for the Colorado Region of SCCA in the mid '60's

I have been a continuous member of IPMS USA and my local chapter since 1968.

I served as national membership secretary of IPMS/USA from 1984 through 1986.

I have been a contributor to the now long defunct Scale Modeler magazine, The Update, The IPMS Quarterly, The Journal and Fine Scale Modeler magazine.

I have attended most of the national conventions (but not all) since 1970 and luckily won a few awards along the way.

I have served as secretary, newsletter editor and publisher for our chapter and have been the chapter contact for the past eight years.

I hold a BSE degree from the University of Arkansas and a master's degree from Colorado State University and am currently a happily retired educator.

Married to my wonderful wife , Paula, for 34 years and we have a cat named "Molly".
