Born 1954 and raised in Dayton, Ohio, I moved to Southern California after getting out of the Air Force in 1976. Met my lovely wife Lorna who turned out to also be from Dayton. We married in 2002 after being together for several years. I begain building model kits with the help of my mom in 1961 with the Aurora Frankenstein. Throughout the 1960's and early 70's I built most of the Aurora Universal Monsters, the superheros and TV and Movie figures and vehicles. I returned to kit building when most of the Aurora's were reissued by Polar Lights in the late 1990's. I also discovered at that time the resin garage kits of monsters, superheroes and TV and movie figures and vechiles. I joined the Orange County, CA chapter of IPMS and soon joined IPMS USA. I currently serve as the Treasurer for IPMS OC.
