Does anyone have experience building this kit. I started one but only have the fuselage halfs sanded

I sent 3 emails to SAMS to find out where the October issue is. Finally got answer it is on the way. I think I saw something on internet fro a UK business site that they are in liquidation. Is anyone having this problem?
