SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
7 am: Center opens for vendor setup
9 am: Contest/Show opens to public
11 am: Contest registration ends
1 pm: Judging begins
(Contest area closed, reopens at 3:30 pm)
3:30 pm: Awards ceremony (Tentative)
9 am to 5 pm: Vendor areas open
5 pm: End of show, center closes
ADMISSION
Adults and over 6: $10.00
Children: Free (6 and under)
All fees for admission, registration and trade tables include one door prize ticket.
Save your ticket stuband match numbers to win!
Additional tickets are $1.00 each, or 6 for$5.00
MODEL REGISTRATION FEES
Adults: $5.00 per model, up to three models
Juniors (7 to 17): $4.00 for up to three models
Children (up to 6): Free for up to three models
Additional models (beyond the first three) are $2.00 each to register
THEME AWARD — Vietnam: 1946 to 1975

The NCMSS 65th Annual Washington Show on September 12, 2026 will be held at the Springfield Hilton (now known as the Hotel Belvoir Springfield), 6550 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150.
We're partnering once again with the Army Historical Foundation to sponsor a two-day painting class at the Museum of the United States Army on September 10 & 11 priorto our show.
