IPMS Region 8 model contest with over 35 categories, 1,2,3rdplace, best of class, best of show awards. Dual theme awards for 'From a Picture' (model build referencing a photo or film cell) & 'Musical Cars'(cars that have songs written about them). Kit, model & aviation collectable swap meet with over 60 vendor tables. Located at the San Diego Air & Space Museum Annex at Gillespie Field featuring historic aircraft, displays and restoration projects. Details can be found on the IPMS San Diego website.
