A couple of late Cold War US vehicles, one would be an M1IP. Dragon could do one fairly easily because of their Panther II hull. They would just need to do an updated early 105mm turret and proper early tracks to go with it.

The second one would be an M60 aka M60A-nothing or "Slick 60". These tanks served well into the 1980s and even to the early 90s in the Guard and Reserves. The Slick 60 could have very early features from the 1950s and even updated components from its service in the 80-90s. Italeri owns the old Esci molds and has early and late style fittings. They'd need to do the early turret and tracks to go with the current kit.

Of kits that are out there but need to be redone is a real M113A3. It's been in our inventory since the mid 80s. Tamiya put out a cosmetic M113A3 but called it an M113A2; it's about a 75% solution though.

My dream kit would be the MBT70 in 1/35 scale.

1/350 USS ESSEX in her 1960/64 era with angled deck and hurricane bow.

Seems the molds for the old Revell 1/540 are broken beyond repair, at least the hull portion. Too bad someone doesn't mold the hull as an aftermarket part and Revell sell the rest of the kit. At least they would get something out of the other spru molds.

These also served in the IDF Plain Jane and is what the Magach7 series is based on.

My perennial wish list

Angle deck USS Coral Sea - any scale(s). The 1/800 Midway that Kangam/Arii or whatever brand-o-the day isn't very close to her sister in looks.

1/12 Harley-Davidson VR1000 and Honda RC45. I'm honestly a little surprised that these two epic bikes have never been kitted.

IN keeping with the armor and ship wishes here.....

1/48 armor, particularly a halftrack.. Tamiya, Hobbyboss, I don't care who.....

1/350 Korean War aircraft carrier....update the Trumpy Essex kits and put some Banshees, Panthers, Spads, and Corsairs on the deck!

1/350 Forrestal Class carriers to cover 'Nam

Those are about the only non-aircraft military items I'm looking to get!

For ships, injection molded 1/350th Flower corvette, both long and short foc'sle, British and Canadian. Then a package (or three) of generic parts (guns, boats, etc) that would give us the detail parts to create different vessels at different times.

For "armor", injection molded 1/35th US WW2 trucks, trailers, engineer equipment, etc -- I'd be glad to pull a few hundred pages out of TM 9-2800 to start a list.

A Duplex Drive Sherman in 1/35 would be nice. A nice new BergePanther, any Ausfrurung, by Dragon would be neat also. I'm waiting for the 1/350 Atlantal class cruiser from Dragon as well. The wish list is getting shorter and shorter for me, as is my storage and shelf space.

2. Modern MRAPS in IM 1/35.....maybe?

My wish list has gotten very short in recent years and months, the most recent thing to arrive being the M1070 & M1000 HETS by Hobbyboss. The one thing I would really like to see in plastic right now would be a 1/35 Armored Cat D9R (which would then be my load on the HETS :) ).

I want to see one of those D9R's n 1/72 scale as well. Not to mention an MRAP too.

1/600 and/or 1/700 British warships from WWII or WWI. They have been tragically overlooked.

Thanks for the links guys. Maybe I should have been a bit more specific: I'd love to see these kits done in injection molded plastic. I don't like resin kits; check out my A-Stoff trailer in my Works in Progress Thread to see why. Darn near took my thumb off trying to fix that model!

This is not 1/350, but it's a fine kit nonetheless:
