The U.S. Navy’s VAQ-129 electronic attack squadron was the first to receive the Growler in 2008. The following year, VAQ-129 and VAQ-132 executed the Growler’s first carrier-assisted landing at sea aboard the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman (CVN-75). This kit features new weapons and equipment, “Block II” modification parts and two marking options: U.S. Navy COMVAQWINGPAC (VAQ-132) “Scorpions” CO, Code: NL540, 2010 U.S. Navy COMVAQWINGPAC (VAQ-129) “Vikings” CVWP, Code: NJ550, 2008 The kit has a total parts count of 177 and a skill level of 3.
