I have had a debate with fellow Modeler, who claims it ought to be a warm dark Grey. and if theres help to be found here. what colore would be best from Testors Acryls. thanks Kev. dsteingass Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 I would use a flat black basecoat, then Testor's Swartzgrau, highlighting with several dark grey-greens. Remember, studio lighting and the filming processes of the time will give it a darker look on film than in a museum with full light.
