noelsmith
If you are having difficulty in obtaining Andrea Brushes Don't depair! Go to a good Artists supplier. They will stock very good ranges of sable brushes. Winsor and Newton, Rowney and Kolinsky have been manufacturing fine sable art brushes for decades. These makes are of very high quality, and if looked after properly will last for many years. My own Winsor and Newton brushes are all over 10 years old. Expensive, but well worth the investment. It could well be that Andrea brushes may well be made for them by one of the above. Cheap brushes though are ok for applying liquid cement, but for painting they shed hairs like a moulting dog! Been there, done that and got the T shirt!
