RCTHEFOX
I have numerous references on the F-22. It is apparent that the early prototypes were painted in very similar colors to current F-15's. However, the operational versions have a definite metallic finish to all the grays. I assume this is some sort of radar absorbant, or reflective, coating but I can't be sure of that. I have also seen some recent photos of F-15's that appear to have the same metallic coating. Does anyone know of any model paints available to replicate this? If that's not available is there any techniques people have come up with to replicate this finish.
