Highlander
From the 2022 Nats Contest Rules: To enter the model contest, a member must be registered for the convention and have an individual IPMS member identification number. This includes individual (senior or junior), family, international, or proxy registrations. It does NOT include general admission / walk-in visitor attendees. A member may also serve as a ‘proxy’ to enter models for an absent member who is not attending the convention. Entry fees for absentee/proxy entrants may be set at the discretion of the Host Chapter. Can anyone direct me to the policy that Omaha has established for fees for proxy entries?
philp
Since preregistration has closed you would have to fill out the proxy at the show. basically you need the IPMS# of the person you are entering their stuff for. I do believe a proxy registration is cheaper than an in person registration but will leave it for someone associated with the show to give more particulars.
