Apparently, a seller using the same screen name has made the rounds on multiple forums. He takes money via PayPal's "Friends and Family" option (meaning you have no recourse to get your money back), entertains multiple offers (and collects the money from said offers) on the same kit, and in general fails to deliver most of the time. Some have reported that they received the goods they paid for, others have not received anything since they paid for what they wanted.
